It is important for dancers to be dressed appropriately for class. Having the right shoes, clothes and hair style all help the teacher to see that the dancers are working correctly.

You can purchase everything except ballet shoes and leg warmers from our online store! Ballet shoes and legwarmers can be purchased at Grand Jete or Step 'N Stretch.

- Uniform Leotard (must purchase from our online store or August sale day)
- Ballet pink dance tights (footed or convertible) in one of the following brands: Dancing Fair, Revolution, Capezio [Please note that Dancing Fair or Revolution tights are required for all performances.]
- Ballet pink leather ballet shoes that fit like a glove (NO room to grow) from Grand Jete or Step 'N Stretch
- Hair in a ballet bun with all loose hairs clipped back (no headbands). See our hair for ballet page for proper placement and directions.
- Optional: any color wrap or faux wrap ballet skirt (no tutus or everyday skirts)
- Optional: any color dance sweater (not loose, baggy or longer than waist length), leg warmers for cold days
Boys and Men
- Solid black dance or athletic pants or shorts
- Solid color t-shirt tucked in: Baby Ballet and Adults may be any color, Preliminary Ballet and Technique students should wear black, white or teal.
- Black dress socks or athletic socks that cover the ankle.
- Black leather ballet shoes that fit like a glove (no room to grow) from Grand Jete or Step 'N Stretch
