TBA (DX Dance Competition)
Competition Fee Due dates:
* Group Dances: 2nd week of fall classes
* Solos/Duos/Trios: as soon as fees are announced
All solos, duos and trios must sign up to compete their normal recital dance. If there is not enough interest from their class, they will still be able to compete the solo, duo or trio.
ALL competing dancers (and their parents) are required to read and sign the competition contract. There are separate sections for Dancers and Parents to sign off on. Dancers will not be allowed to compete unless both they and their parents sign off on the contract.
Group Dance Requirements
Costs for dancers competing their recital dance:
Group Dance = $TBA (includes competition fee, and one 30 min "competition only" lesson)
Due mid September.
Adult Group Dance = $TBA (includes competition fee and one 30 minute competition only lesson)
T-Shirt = $20
* New this year: all dancers will wear the recital t-shirt for competition awards
Ordering in January.
Jacket = $60 (optional)
Online ordering in January.
4-5 dancers: $8/dancer for 30 min
6+ dancers: $5/dancer for 30 min
Will be scheduled on a Friday or Saturday in March.
Solos, Duos and Trios
All dancers in a solo, duo or trio must sign up for the Friday competition class for the fall. Dancers will be assigned specific weeks for learning and polishing their dances, so dancers will be required to send in potential conflicts after registering.
Competition Class Tuition: $95 (one trimester - September through November)
Due with fall registration.
Solo = $TBA
Duo = $TBA/ dancer
Trio = $TBA/ dancer
Due in August.
Costumes are an extra cost ($50 - $100).
Due with recital costume order in December.
Extra Private Lessons in the Winter or Spring:
Solos, Duos and Trios:
$30 / 30 min (divide between dancers if a duo or trio)
Through the Friday before competition. Times are limited, so please book early to ensure a spot.
